Sam Neckar, UK trustee, and his wife Amanda Morgan visited Asako village with Stephane Kameti, our liaison officer for the communities and Kenya Wildlife Service.
We handed over two ranger platoon bases in Kora National Park to Kenya Wildlife Service. A tree planting ceremony took place to mark the event at the Kenya Wildlife Service Platoon Base in Kora National Park. This was attended by the Senior Assistant Director Eastern Conservation Area, Assistant Direct Meru National Park, Senior Warden Kora National Park and other officers and security personnel.
